RIYADH: Saudi aid agency KSrelief distributed 1,210 food baskets to vulnerable groups in Khan Younis, Gaza, benefiting 7,260 people.
A new KSrelief humanitarian convoy recently arrived in Gaza, carrying large quantities of food supplies. It was received by the Saudi Center for Culture and Heritage, KSrelief’s implementing partner in Gaza, to help strengthen food security and ease the humanitarian crisis there.
KSrelief’s central kitchen also continued distributing hot meals, providing 25,000 meals to vulnerable groups in central and southern Gaza.
The aid is part of Saudi Arabia’s humanitarian efforts to support Palestinians amid the humanitarian crisis in Gaza.
Since its establishment in 2015, KSrelief has implemented 152 projects in Palestine worth about $537 million, covering food security, health, water and sanitation, education, protection and emergency relief.
