Best job you’ve ever had?
Working on my mom’s jewelry brand, Hiba Hasbini. I love being able to design, create, and build a business with my mom. I really enjoy seeing the fruits of my labor and bringing ideas to life.
Worst job you’ve ever had?
I was a marketing intern. They asked me to drive eight hours a day to deliver marketing packs to stores. I lasted for two weeks.
Best advice you’ve ever been given?
“Never settle for less.”
Worst advice you’ve ever been given?
“Be realistic.” Sometimes being deluded is better than being realistic. I find being too realistic makes it harder to achieve big dreams
Best thing to do when you’re feeling low?
Workout; go out with friends; and shop — I find this to be therapeutic.
Worst thing to do when you’re feeling good?
Get comfortable and stop working on becoming better.
Best holiday destination?
Lebanon, for sure! Not because it’s my country, but because it’s one of the best places to visit.
Worst holiday destination?
If you have good company, anywhere on Earth is beautiful.
Best subject at school?
Biology. I loved it and I always used to do well in it.
Worst subject at school?
Calculus or math. Numbers are my worst enemy.
Best thing to do to ensure you have a productive day?
Filling my planner with my to-do list. I can’t live without my planner; it goes everywhere with me. If I leave the house without it, I can’t be productive. I use the Anecdote planner — it’s the best!
Worst thing to do when you’re trying to have a productive day?
Being on the go. It makes it so hard for me to lock in and get things done if I have too much work, so I try to always work from the same place and stay for a couple of hours to ensure I finish my work.
Best musician or band?
Such a hard question. Currently, my fixation is Michael Jackson, after watching the movie “Michael.”
Worst musician or band?
I don’t think there’s a worst — just music that’s not for me, like heavy metal.
Best concert you’ve ever been to?
Probably Justin Bieber when I was a kid. I was such a Belieber and it was the first concert I ever attended. I went five hours before the concert started with my sister because we wanted to get good spots.
Worst concert you’ve ever been to?
My experience is limited, I’ve never been into going to concerts. I really don’t like standing in a crowd and get pushed.

I’m obsessed with anything Matthieu Blazy Chanel.

Maison Margiela Tabis — I really find them unflattering.

Diamond studs and really high pumps.
