KYIV: A Russian strike on the eastern Ukrainian city of Dnipro killed two people and wounded eight, regional authorities said Thursday.
“Two people have been killed and eight injured... One person is still unaccounted for,” Oleksandr Ganzha, head of the regional administration said on Telegram.
