OSUS Real Estate, a leading real estate developer in Saudi Arabia, announced its new projects — OSUS Makan and OSUS Prime — and opened registration of interest for the OSUS Residences project, branded under the Curio Collection by Hilton, during the first day of Cityscape Global Riyadh 2025 exhibition.
These projects, worth close to SR3 billion ($800 million), form part of OSUS Real Estate’s portfolio that reaffirms its leading position at the region’s largest real estate event. The company is the diamond sponsor of Cityscape Global Riyadh 2025 and this is the third consecutive year of its participation.

Located in the Qirawan district of Riyadh, OSUS Prime presents a contemporary model of dynamic urban development. During the exhibition, the company also announced the opening of registration of interest for OSUS Residences, Curio Collection by Hilton — a fully furnished, upscale residential tower that redefines comfort and premium hospitality in the capital while adding a distinctive new dimension to Riyadh’s urban skyline.
The company’s pavilion, H1.O60, at Cityscape Global Riyadh 2025 witnessed strong interest from visitors and investors. OSUS showcased a selection of its most prominent real estate projects that reflect its vision for developing modern, sustainable destinations aligned with the aspirations of future living in the Kingdom.
Among the highlighted projects were OSUS Green Tower, a commercial office tower designed to meet the highest global sustainability standards, and Sajaya by OSUS, a model residential community developed in partnership with NHC in Riyadh’s Mushriqiya district.
