I remember when I first joined ROSHN and the vision that was shared with me. Back then, the idea was to become the nation’s leading developer, not just by building homes but by creating communities where neighbors knew each other, children played safely outdoors, and people felt happy to return home at the end of the day.
This vision marked a significant shift in how we would develop homes and communities across Saudi Arabia, with a focus on enhancing the quality of life for individuals, their families, and the broader community.
What was shared with me then is becoming a reality. For many visiting Riyadh, the first place they encounter is SEDRA, a development that embodies ROSHN’s vision. This community is a perfect example of the transformation we are bringing to life.
