Ministry of Hajj organizes ‘Khitamuhu Misk’ ceremony in Makkah

MAKKAH: The Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah organized a “Khitamuhu Misk” ceremony in Makkah recently.

The event included honoring outstanding individuals with the Labbaitum Award for excellence in pilgrim service.

Saudi Minister of Hajj and Umrah Tawfiq Al-Rabiah announced the beginning of preparations for the start of the Umrah season would be 14th of Dhu al-Hijjah 1445 AH (July 20, 2024).

He said the achievements of this year’s Hajj season were the result of combined efforts by all sectors and agencies working to serve pilgrims, and that the cooperation of Hajj affairs offices played a significant role in ensuring pilgrims’ safety and comfort.

“This success was achieved by the grace of Allah, followed by the support and guidance of King Salman, and the diligent follow-up by Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman,” he added.
