JUBAIL: Saudi Arabia and Bahrain have launched two joint naval exercises, Bridge-20 and Waves-4, in the Arabian Gulf to strengthen operational coordination as part of their efforts to protect maritime navigation.
The exercises included fighting in built-up areas, protecting convoys, setting up security cordons, storming coastal targets, reconnaissance missions, search and rescue operations, inspecting suspicious vessels, countering drone and speedboat attacks, and clearing an offshore oil platform from a hostile group.
