JEDDAH: The Saudi Fund for Development deposited $60 million into the account of the Palestinian Finance Ministry, the Saudi ambassador to Egypt, Osama Nugali, announced on Wednesday.
Nugali, who is also the Kingdom’s permanent representative to the League of Arab States, said that the money represented Saudi Arabia’s monthly contributions to the PA’s budget for November and December 2018, and January 2019.
He added that it came within the framework of Saudi Arabia’s permanent support for the Palestinian cause at all political, economic and humanitarian levels.
