She prides herself on being a mentor to the many trainers and clients she works with, and through dedication, commitment, enthusiasm and hard work she has excelled in the fitness industry on many levels.

Her first Spinning class in 2000 was the start of a never-ending journey with the exercise form. She has attended many international events, including the World Spinning & Sports Conference for the past eight years, SPEX (Spinning Experience), and a 13-hour underground ride in Poland.

Batook is a qualified Spinning Master instructor, CanFitPro group fitness instructor, CanFitPro personal trainer, ACE-certified personal trainer, YogaFit 200 hr teacher, TRX (total body resistance exercise) trainer, PeakPilates trainer, Kickboxing trainer, and the first Piloxing (a blend of pilates, boxing and dance) instructor in the Middle East.

She is also the owner of TIMA, the first Saudi/Arab brand for fitness and sports apparel in the Middle East, established in 2012. She opened her first Spinning/fitness studio in the Kingdom in 2015 and recently introduced Spinning in its original form to Bahrain for the first time at the Pure Yoga + Cycle studio in Hamala.
