Enrollment for TVTC military training starts next week

RIYADH: The Riyadh-based Technical and Vocational Training Corporation (TVTC) announced here Thursday that it will start accepting applications for professional military training at its institutes in Riyadh and Khamis Mushayet next week.
The head of the program, Ahmad Jalalah, said that the training for the batch is design for those who are high school graduates or for those holding equivalent diplomas.
According to him the enrollment shall be through the organization’s website and will be done over two months. It will be a one-year program divided into three training classes, with each component lasting 13 weeks.
The program includes 13 specialized courses divided into four sections: computer technology (software, technical support and networks); mechanical technology that features specialties in engines and vehicles; general mechanics; refrigeration and air conditioning.
Jalalah said applicants must be Saudi nationals with secondary school certificate or its equivalent and be 18-26 years of age.
