Sheikh Mohammad bin Zayed Al-Nahyan, crown prince of Abu Dhabi, discussed here Sunday developments in Yemen with Defense Minister Prince Mohammed bin Salman.
Sheikh Mohammad was received on arrival at Riyadh Air Base earlier by Deputy Crown Prince Mohammed bin Naif, second deputy premier and interior minister, Prince Mohammed bin Salman with other high-ranking officials.
Delegations of both Saudi and Emirati officials attended Sunday's meeting which also discussed ways to enhance relations between the two countries.
The Kingdom and a coalition of regional countries launched a military campaign against Iran-backed Houthi militias on March 26, vowing to continue the fight until Yemen regains stability and peace returns. The Houthis overran the capital Sanaa in September and subsequently expanded to other parts of Yemen.
