Jojan Thomas and Mathews Antony received the award from Carol Davie, mayor of Loughton, and Virendra Sharma, MP for Ealing, Southall, in the presence of Philip Abraham, deputy mayor of Loughton, A.S. Rajan, minister coordination, High Commission of India.
