Etihad Etisalat (Mobily) has allocated 55 percent from the talented and new graduate employees who joined its Elite program for women.
This is aimed to complement the pioneering role of Mobily in respect of women’s employment since its inception, The number of enrolled employees in the program reached 20 male and female in the third batch respectively.
This is part of the company’s strategy that aims to increase women’s employment in the company, which is consistent with the objectives of the Ministry of Labor aiming toward the empowerment of women in the labor market.
Melfi Al-Marzoqi, senior executive officer, HR center of excellence at Mobily, said the company aims to invest in qualified young Saudi skills through enrolling them in its Elite program, which attracts the best recently graduated talents, in a move aiming to empower young Saudi cadres and to prepare them to become future leaders.
The Elite program is regarded as the most important initiative launched by Mobily initiatives to build and equip future leaders from the national competencies.
The initiative is focusing on the investment factor in human capital through subjecting the candidates to professional, precise and global selection criteria, and after their enrollment in the program. They undergo development programs and intensive on job training.
The Elite program represents a major challenge in the development of national cadres and human capital investment to comply with the highest international standards. The program is one of the ways for nationalization of jobs in a highly professional style for the interest of both parties to the employee and the company.
