Don't kiss parents' feet: Grand mufti
Grand Mufti Sheikh Abdul Aziz Al-Asheikh has advised Muslims not to kiss their parents’ feet, saying this is not a favorable habit in Islam.
Al-Asheikh, who also heads the 7-member Council of Senior Scholars, was responding to a question on radio by a Saudi whether kissing the parents’ feet is permissible in Islam.
The grand mufti stressed that Muslims must stop kissing their parents’ feet and only kiss their head or hands. He said that this habit is not favorable and that it must be abandoned.

Armed woman robs gold shop
