Takeaway worker shot dead in Riyadh

JEDDAH: A worker at a takeaway shop in Riyadh was killed on Thursday after an altercation with a customer, reports from local media said.
The worker who was called Nazeer is seen in a video, circulated online, being shot after a dispute with the man.
The video shows one of the workers fighting with a man in a thobe before a group of men leave the Laila Aflaj chicken shop only to return moments later after which gunshots are heard. The video ends with Nazeer making a call to his sponsor while holding his side. He is later seen groaning on the floor.
It is unclear what started the fight between the two men.
Nazeer, 45, who is an Indian national from Thiruvananthapuram in Kerala, is survived by a wife and three children.
Police are investigating the incident.
