Enaya Care celebrates Global Wellness Day

Enaya Care is keen on providing a special area in each of its ten branches scattered all over Jeddah to highlight the Global Wellness Day initiative.

The Enaya Care International Company for Beauty and Comfort participated in the Global Wellness Day 2016, which is organized in more than 85 countries every year on June 2, under the slogan, one day can change your whole life.
The Global Wellness Day is a special day that reminds the whole world of the importance of living healthy through several practices, including exercises, using appropriate care products, mental calmness techniques and thinking methods, and achieving balance between the mind and the spirit. This is described as a perfect community awareness day with no intention to obtain any commercial return.
Talal Bin Ali, official ambassador of Wellness Day in Saudi Arabia and the founder and chairman of the Enaya Care Company, said: The participation of Enaya Care Company for Beauty and Comfort in this global event comes after being chosen as an ambassador for Wellness Day in Saudi Arabia, especially in light of the company’s interest in the social responsibility programs, in addition to spreading health awareness.
Enaya Care is keen on providing a special area in each of its ten branches scattered all over Jeddah to highlight the Global Wellness Day initiative and provide an opportunity for customers to learn about the seven-step manifesto of wellness, which includes walking for one hour, drinking more water, not using plastic bottles, eat organic foods, do a good deed, have a family dinner and sleeping early.
In the framework of Enaya’s participation in the day, it’s offering a free foot reflexology massage service, which helps to reduce stress and tension, and it allows blood to flow naturally and gives a sense of comfort and relaxation.
“The Wellness Day was created by volunteers, who dedicated their efforts to live healthy and help people to answer only one question - how can I live a better and healthier life,” Bin Ali added.
