Keller Turki marks 40 years in KSA

Keller Turki Co. Ltd., an international geotechnical contracting entity, celebrated its 40th anniversary in Saudi Arabia.
Keller Turki Co. Ltd., which is a joint venture operation of the Saudi-based ATCO Group and Keller Grundbau GmbH from Germany, has been operating in Saudi Arabia since 1976.
Keller’s business is the solution to soil and foundation problems for the construction industry and carrying out bored piling, contiguous pile wall, secant and soldier pile retaining walls, and ground improvement using Vibro techniques (stone columns), dewatering, grouting and soil/rock anchors.
ATCO Group Chairman Abdulrahman Ali Al-Turki, Keller Holding GmbH President EMEA Region Thorston Holl were among the guests who attended the event in Alkhobar.
Keller Grundbau GmbH Middle East MD Geert Janssen and Keller Turki Co. Ltd. GM Muhammad Ali were also present along with representatives from consulting firms, EPC contractors and industrial service providers.
Al-Turki applauded the achievements of Keller Turki and congratulated Keller Turki Co. Ltd. for the successful completion of 40 years in the Kingdom.
Ali gave a brief history of Keller Turki in Saudi Arabia, outlining its achievements, services and milestone projects.
He spoke about the introduction of new techniques in Saudi Arabia, including jet grouting used at King Fahd Causeway Towers, ground improvement using DRY method used at Ras Al-Khair Port, and Ductile piles as replacement to conventional mini piles.
He announced the opening of regional offices headed by Munawar Zaman, Usman Malik and Inaki Acosta for the Eastern, Western and Central regions respectively.
Company presented awards during the event to those employees who have completed 40 years with Keller Turki and others completing 25 years and 10 years.
The cake cutting ceremony marking the Keller’s completion of 40 years in Saudi Arabia was held by the chief guest and other dignitaries.
