JEDDAH: Saudi Arabian national carrier flynas has launched its newly designed mobile application (app) that aims to enhance the air travel experience for its guests.
The new design makes its significantly easier for travelers to book and manage their tickets and access a wide array of ancillary services.
Available on Apple and Android devices, in both English and Arabic, the new app is designed to deliver information and services right at the users’ fingertips.
Developed in response to feedback from flynas guests, the new interface provide a more intuitive and visually attractive experience for all users, the app also lets users manage their bookings, allowing them to change or cancel their flights, or add extra services such as on-board meals and extra baggage.
Guests can also view live status of all flynas flights, and check in online up to 48 hours before their flight, with the app generating a new design of a digital boarding pass to save them time at the airport.
In addition, guests are able to create and edit their user profile with an easy completion of guest details, view flight schedules, pay in multi-currency, as well as earn nasmiles loyalty points that allow them to save money on future bookings.
“The new app has been designed and built with a simple goal in mind — to make it easier and faster for flynas guests to obtain the services they need,” said Paul Byrne, CEO of flynas.
