LOS ANGELES: Hollywood star Brad Pitt will be shooting his new film “War Machine” in Dubai, Albawaba reported.
The studio behind the casting of the “Fast and Furious 7” film is also looking for physically fit men and women, aged 18-30 years old, and had asked them earlier to come to Park Rotana in Abu Dhabi on Friday and Saturday.
“The filming will be in the desert. The project starts Oct. 24 but Pitt is expected to start shooting on Nov. 1,” sources said.
“They need people who are really fit and can handle being out in the desert. Also, because it’s a war film, some of the scenes will require strenuous physical action.”
Extras will be expected to keep up with the physical requirements of the filming and will be put through boot camp training.
“War Machine” stars Topher Grace, Will Poulter and Anthony Michael Hall and is based on the book “The Operators: The Wild and Terrifying Inside Story of America’s War In Afghanistan” by the late Michael Hastings.
