Saad Al-Thuweini of the media directorate in Hail municipality said that a voting register will be allocated to both men and women in election centers, saying that every citizen is eligible to vote if he or she aged above 18 years.
He said that voters should be born on June 25, 1998 or before, and should be eligible, the criteria for which is that they should not be in military service at the time. If the voter is an employee of the private sector, the document should be approved by the Chamber of Commerce, with a declaration showing their place of residence, a copy of the family registry accredited from the governorate, the center or from the mayor. He added that no one will be allowed to take part in the voting process unless they meet all such requirements.
