Riyadh Gov. Prince Faisal bin Bandar honored Riyad Bank for sponsoring the 7th Career Day recently organized by Al-Yamamah University, in recognition of the bank’s continued efforts to promote the localization of jobs and its ongoing commitment to attracting, training and developing talented Saudis.
Mohamed Al-Rabeah, executive vice president of marketing and the general director of community services programs at Riyad Bank, said Riyad Bank has continued, during the three-day event, introducing Al-Yamamah graduates and students to different job opportunities in various departments of the bank as well as introducing them to work environments, including motivations, training opportunities, skills development and enabling national leaders programs.
He added that Riyad Bank is honored to be among the organizations with the highest Saudi employment rate of 93 percent, and with executive positions being 100 percent occupied by Saudis. Moreover, the bank is in the lead in terms of hiring Saudi women who represent 23 percent of its staff and 100 percent when it comes to ladies banking.
