Ministry of Health faces nine issues

A number of problems at the Ministry of Health remained unaddressed from year to year. In the meantime, many people look up to this ministry to end the health sufferings faced by the young and the old.
Many experts describe the nine issues at the ministry as “viruses,” which need to be treated and not only by “using pain killers.”
Each issue should be immediately treated and done away with by special teams so citizens can see the difference once the problem is addressed and a solution is found to overcome the many obstacles hindering the provision of health services.
One of these issues involves the delay in health projects which entails halting medical services to needy patients, especially in remote areas.
Another issue that haunts the ministry involves medical errors, while another concerns time-spaced appointments for patients, an issue directly linked with a shortfall in the number of hospitals and medical staffs.
Most likely, the dream of every citizen to have medical insurance surpasses all other issues. They hope this issue will soon be addressed and resolved.
Another source of concern shared by the majority of citizens is the shortage in the number of beds and incubators in intensive care units.
However, the issue of the coronavirus remains the source of concern and worry for patients and health experts as the treatment of the virus is still in the trial phase.
Workers and experts in the health sector look at two problems as the most important of all. One involves hazard duty pay and allowances, making them less encouraged to accept the health threats involved in the work. The second is the promotion issue, especially for students on scholarships.
