Wallan launches new maintenance service center in Riyadh

Wallan Trading Company, exclusive agent for Hyundai vehicles in the Central Region, recently opened a new maintenance center in Riyadh City-Industrial Zone, exit 18.
The center is considered one of the largest and most modern centers in the Middle East. The inauguration comes at a time when the two companies mark their 30-year partnership.
The event took place in the presence of Saad Wallan, founder and chairman of the Wallan Group, Tom Lee, VP and director of the regional office for the Hyundai Company in Africa and the Middle East, representatives from Hyundai, and a number of officials from the company, customers and media members.
Ahmad Omair, representative of Wallan Trading Company, welcomed the participants and congratulated the company's customers, and said the new center will be a quantum leap for aftersales services.
Omair stated that with the new center, the company has raised its handling capacity from 550 to 900 cars per day; the center is equipped with the latest technology to meet the needs of customers and lovers of Hyundai brand. The waiting time at the service centers will be reduced as maintenance operations are carried out in speed.
Omair said the company is moving forward in its policy of expansion of aftersales service, and will increase its capacity by 2015 to a maximum of 1,500 cars a day, accompanied by the expansion of the opening of centers and other branches for the sale of spare parts, of which there are now 55 branches based in the Central Region.
The participants viewed a documentary film about the successful partnership between Wallan Trading Company and Hyundai.
