After capping a historically successful year in 2014, King Abdullah Economic City (KAEC) is set to start 2015 with a bang by showcasing its Golf Community land plots and villas. The luxury high-end residential offering is considered to be one of the most premium communities of the city.
The exhibition for Golf Community properties will be held at the Hilton Hotel in Jeddah from Feb. 5-7 and in Riyadh at Al-Faisaliyah Hotel from Feb. 12-14.
Fahd Al-Rasheed, MD and CEO of KAEC, said: “Our successful launches in 2014 have left us with high expectations for this year. The Golf Community has been developed to provide a high quality environment designed to meet the needs of today’s affluent Saudis who aspire to a luxury lifestyle supported by technologically advanced infrastructure and world class amenities.”
Charles Biele, CEO of Real Estate Development Company (RED) in KAEC, said: “Golf Community in Al-Murooj district is our signature development. There is no other project in Saudi that brings together so many aspirational elements in one place. The exclusive gated community is surrounded by an 18-hole championship golf course with a 7-star clubhouse, as well as a unique family sports and leisure facility, plus nearby shops, an international school, and health clinic all within walking distance. The community features unmatched views of the greenest landscape in Saudi Arabia and the pristine, breathtaking beaches of the Red Sea. Golf Community is unique and unparalleled in offering the highest quality of living for customers in Saudi who do not want to make any compromises on lifestyle.”
Golf Community offers 147 villas located in a gated community that will have views of the new 18-hole championship golf course Royal Greens, which is being developed by the world’s best golf course designers.
Work on the community’s infrastructure is well under way.
