The last set of monthly winners during the December tournament had been decided to pave the way for the OFBC Bowler of the Year finals next Friday.
Ruel Santoc and Kristhea Mae Busico were the men’s and ladies Bowler of the Month for December.
Along with other monthly champions and wild-card phase winners Santoc and Busico will vie for the biggest prize and title as Bowler of the Year in their divisions.
Santoc and Busico both easily won this last monthly event. Santoc totaled 390 with handicap in the two games final. Vic Gonzales was a distant second on 373, Benjie Espinosa third on 352 and Alexander Duma fourth on 345.
Busico tallied 425 in winning her third straight monthly event and fourth overall. Delia Javing was first runner-up on 360, Fedelyn Bustinera second runner-up on 330 and Vangie Lim third runner-up on 317.
There will be seven wild-card slots for the men’s division and eight for the ladies in th BoY finals.
The winners and runners-up each received cash prize and gift pack courtesy of generous sponsors Zikato Construction through Operations Manager Cesar Alberto Zuniga and Star Markets through Ishtiaq Elahi, branch manager Star Superstores Corniche branch.
