KAEC exhibits Al-Waha district residences

King Abdullah Economic City (KAEC) announced the launch dates of Al-Waha district phase 1 residential properties for two days, which ended Sunday at the Jeddah Hilton Hotel and will continue on Nov. 18-19 at Riyadh at Al Faisaliah Hotel.
Construction of Al-Waha district phase 1 is progressing rapidly with almost 50 percent of the community already completed and KAEC anticipates the initial delivery of the homes to new residents beginning in late Q4, 2015.
“The Al-Waha community marks a new phase of residential development as we are continuously looking to offer families and investors a wide range of housing solutions and an enriching lifestyle in KAEC,” said Fahd Al-Rasheed, KAEC Group CEO and MD.
Charles Biele, CEO-residential development in KAEC, said: “Al-Waha is a Cityscape award winning community spread across 560,000 sqm of land. When completed, Al-Waha phase one will comprise up to 1,600 residences, including apartments, paired homes, townhouses and villas appealing to residents at all life stages who are seeking a premium lifestyle in close proximity to the Red Sea.”
