Sumou CEO & MD among top 10 executives in KSA

Khalid Mohammed Al-Telmsani, CEO & MD of Sumou Real Estate, is among the best 10 executives of Saudi Arabia for 2014, chosen by an independent committee of specialists supervised by Saudi Projects Magazine.
Al-Telmsani’s selection is for his achievements during his association with Sumou Real Estate, which ended with his role as its CEO & MD, which he performed efficiently toward the growth and development of its business.
Under his leadership, the company managed to make a remarkable difference in the Kingdom’s real estate sector, especially with regards to its competitiveness. Also, the company rose to become one of the major real estate firms not only in Saudi Arabia but also in the Middle East-Gulf region.
Al-Telmsani stated that the excellence and success had been achieved thanks to the Almighty Allah, through persistence and hard work that helped the company emerge successful in its projects.
Sumou Real Estate has several projects, including INDSCOM, Al-Judi, Arzan, Business Oasis, Sumou Avenue, Rofan and Rawaf, and is planning to launch the Sumou Suburb project in the local market.
The project represents a fresh vision in the city at a time when work is going on in the western suburb of Makkah, adjacent to the Jeddah-Makkah highway. The project covers around 1,600,000 square meters and will provide premium living for approximately 25,000 people.
The project is one of the most important real estate and architectural ones in the holy city and one of the distinguished urban projects planned in corporation with the major international companies in order to realize a quantum leap forward in the urban housing projects of international standard.
