Watch classic Batman stories

Motion Comics were an early attempt in transitioning between the printed page and digital media, but they never really caught on. They were mostly actual comics that lead the viewer through the page with an animated camera view, sometimes with narration or audio of the written dialogue.
According to capedcrusades.com, if Batman fans want to see some classic stories in this format so that they can decide for themselves if it’s for them, they must look no further than YouTube!
For example, here’s part one of the epic tale, A Death in the Family, complete with voice over work by none other than the indomitable Mark Hamil as the Joker.
The stories aren’t complete, but they are a cool project. Fan are hoping someone out there continues the work!
