Ministry of Labor introduces company support program

The Jeddah Chamber of Commerce and Industry (JCCI) organized a support program for businesses with the Labor Ministry on Thursday following the adoption of recruitment offices.
The meeting took place in the presence of company owners, Abdul Mouneem Al-Sharhi, Labor Ministry branch manager in the Makkah region, Khalaf Al-Otaibi, JCCI board member, and Muhyiddin Al-Hakami, assistant secretary-general of the JCCI.
The meeting is poised to launch a strategic partnership between the Labor Ministry and the private sector through establishing a recruitment plan and highlighting the “Musaned” support program, which aims to define the rights and obligations of employers and domestic workers, in addition to shedding light on the role of service providers at recruitment offices and firms.
Al-Sharhi pointed out that a broad range of programs have been enforced by the ministry to regulate the recruitment market and contribute to the automation of the recruitment process.
He also stressed that Musaned consists of several functions and information on service provider offices and companies for private recruitment.
He pointed out that forms, salary slips and documents are also available on the website.
A customer service center was recently established for making inquiries and reporting violations.
The call center number is 920001173.
The meeting also dealt with the establishment of corporate recruiters to regulate the provision of labor services for nonmembers or the public sector or private organizations.
