The newly appointed State Minister Prince Mohammed bin Salman took his oath of office before Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah on Thursday during a ceremony at King Abdullah Sports City in Jeddah.
King Abdullah congratulated Prince Mohammed on his new appointment and wished him every best in order to serve the religion, the Kingdom and the Islamic nation. Prince Mohammed thanked the king for bestowing his confidence in him.
Prince Muhammad will retain his present position as special advisor and head of the crown prince’s court. He is also the chairman of the Prince Salman Youth Center. Prince Muhammad holds a degree in law from King Saud University.
