Skills boost for managers at Al-Mutlaq Holding

Al-Mutlaq Holding conducted a 3-day training session for managers working in sales, marketing, and human resources at the company's headquarters in Riyadh.
The training session, titled "Emotional Intelligence" that was led by social consultant Khalid bin Saleh Al-Maneef, was part of the company’s continuous mission to develop the internal work environment and support the capabilities of its staff with skills and concepts that add to their success,
The training session aimed to introduce participants to the concepts of emotional intelligence, equip them with the skills to apply these concepts in the workplace, and to promote the importance of emotional intelligence in both their careers and social lives.
This training session is in tune with Al-Mutlaq Holding’s commitment to create suitable working environments, as well as continuously developing employees’ skills and introduce them to experiences that improve their behavior and have positive feedback on their work and family lives.
The training session highlighted the importance of emotional intelligence in self-stimulation and excitement in addition to the ability of self-control and restraint.
