Contracts for Galleria Center project signed

Khaled Jamjoom, CEO of SEDCO Development Company, has signed new contracts for the Galleria Center project to carry out internal and external works related to its final phase.
The 12-story building will have showrooms of different international brands as well as a five-star hotel with 365 rooms and royal suites, three luxury restaurants, a fitness club and a number of multipurpose halls.
SEDCO is the developer of Galleria located on Prince Mohammed bin Abdul Aziz Street (Tahlia) in the heart of Jeddah.
The interior design works of the hotel are being carried out in coordination with Elaf company, considering the requirements and specifications of the international hospitality and hotel sector. An American company did the designing making use of the best available material.
Galleria is a major investment project of SEDCO and Meethaq holding company with investments exceeding SR900 million.
Jamjoom highlighted the significance of the project, which is located in a posh area in the heart of Jeddah city. “It will be considered one of the beautiful landmarks in Jeddah,” he pointed out.
