Temsa7, Arabic for alligator, is a famous hand puppet in the shape of an alligator that speaks in Arabic.
Temsa7 is also the name of the leading YouTube comedy show, which airs weekly episodes entertaining the Saudi youth.
No one knows who is behind the character; some speculate that Ibrahim Al-Khairallah is the puppet’s animator, but this yet to be confirmed.
Temsa7 started as one of the main presenters of La Yekthar show with fellow comedian Fahad Al-Butairi in 2010, then he quite the show and started his own YouTube show.
Temsa7 has more viewers that any other Saudi YouTube show.
