Yanbu governor lauds SABIC for developing industry

Yanbu Gov. Musaed Al-Sulaim and his delegation were received by Mohamed Al-Mady, vice chairman and CEO of Saudi Basic Industries Corporation (SABIC), at the SABIC headquarters in Riyadh on Wednesday.
Company executive vice presidents and other senior management members attended the meeting.
Al-Sulaim thanked SABIC and expressed his appreciation for the company’s significant efforts in helping to develop the industrial sector in the Yanbu governorate.
SABIC is an important pillar in the national economy, he said and praised it for its various social responsibility programs targeting different strata of society, particularly in Yanbu.
Al-Mady expressed his happiness over the visit, which “demonstrates the deep-rooted relations between SABIC and the Yanbu governorate.”
The visit also stands out as an example of the strong relations between the companies in Yanbu and the communities in the region.
He emphasized that Yanbu is a key industrial city for manufacturing and investments. This is the reason why SABIC pays due attention to the region, he added.
