The Qitaf program is a qualitative platform consistently offering new services through which more than 20 million customers deal with success partners reaping exclusive benefits solely designed for them.
The program, since it was launched in 2004, delivers an added value to the customer’s life by offering new channels that surpass their utmost expectations.
Among the benefits to the customer is the possibility for him to redeem his Qitaf points for a range of telecom related rewards like obtaining free SMS messages, free call minutes, free e-vouchers and transfer of Qitaf points to other customers as an exclusive service provided by Saudi Telecom Company (STC).
