23 firms denied Labor Ministry services

The Ministry of Labor suspended services to 23 organizations that had submitted incorrect or fake documents. The case files are being referred to the offices of governors in various areas and the National Anti-Corruption Commission.
Fahd Al-Haqbani, deputy minister of labor, said these entities were found in violation of a ministerial decision stipulating that “any organization that submits false documents, information, data, or representations to the ministry or Labor Bureau will be denied the many privileges and services customary to the businesses.”
Al-Haqbani said that any entity found in violation of these rules would suffer permanent denial of services and privileges. “The ministry will also revoke any labor licenses pertaining to workers arriving in the Kingdom. The laborers who have come to Saudi Arabia under the sponsorship of the violating organizations will be allowed to transfer their sponsorship without the consent of the organization,” he added.
