The National Commercial Bank (NCB) has announced inauguration of its Jabal Omar new branch in Makkah.
This comes in line with the bank’s ongoing efforts and expansion plans to provide easy access to its products.
With this new branch, the bank will have 16 branches in Makkah, five of them are for women.
These branches provide all banking, financing and investment services in compliance with Islamic banking rules approved by the NCB’s Shariah Board.
The new Jabal Omar branch will also help in providing services to Holy Mosque visitors.
It also reflects the NCB’s commitment to expand its branch network throughout the Kingdom to service its wide base of customers in a complete range of banking services and products to meet their requirements.
NCB uses innovative and modern engineering layouts in its buildings to cope with the huge technology development in banking industry.
This enhances the bank’s trend to develop good relationships with different categories of customers through a modern banking environment.
The NCB branch includes main sections; a customer service section which is equipped with complete range of electronic services machines enabling customers to complete transactions through these machines such as deposit, withdraw and payments; in addition to the personal banking section equipped with state-of-art service tools to give the branch more flexibility to deal with different classes of customers.
