Saudis in London advised to stay away from suspicious places

LONDON: The Saudi embassy in the United Kingdom has advised Saudi citizens to steer clear of suspicious neighborhoods and isolated areas.

In a statement issued by the embassy on Friday, officials said that ‘Due to the negative repercussions following the heinous crime committed in Woolwich, south-east London, on Wednesday and upon the directives of Prince Mohammed bin Nawaf bin Abdulaziz, Saudi Ambassador to the United Kingdom, the embassy calls on all citizens in the United Kingdom to take caution and stay away from suspicious places and gatherings and not to respond to any possible provocation.’
