Vamed Engineering & Optimah (a subsidiary of Al-Faisaliah Group) have signed a memorandum of understanding to deliver tailor-made health care turnkey solutions including engineering and project management as well as strategic consulting services in the Kingdom.
Vamed is a leading provider of health care turnkey services including design, engineering, equipping, and managing of health care facilities in more than 70 countries.
This announcement comes less than a year after Al-Faisaliah signed a strategic partnership deal with leading Harvard teaching hospitals, revealing its intentions to create a subsidiary company capable of offering state of the art integrated health care services to leading health care providers in the Kingdom and the Middle East.
Andrea Raffaseder, CEO of Vamed Engineering, and Prince Mohammed K.A. Al-Faisal, president of Al-Faisaliah Group Holding, signed the memorandum of understanding.
The Austrian Ambassador to Saudi Arabia attended the event.
Prince Mohammed K. A. Al-Faisal, president of Al-Faisaliah Group Holding, said: “We expect that the cooperation between Vamed and Optimah will contribute to new levels of health care services for the people of Saudi Arabia.”
