Jeddah: Prince Mishaal bin Majed bin Abdul-Aziz, Governor of Jeddah met here today the President of the Saudi Ports Authority, Dr. Abdul-Aziz Al-Tuwaijri.
During the meeting, they discussed issues related to the Jeddah Islamic Port, which serves commercial operations and economic services.
For his part, the Authority’s President briefed Prince Mishaal bin Majed on operation of management services provided by the Jeddah Islamic Port, and affirmed that the Jeddah Islamic Port has witnessed the large-scale usage of modern and advanced equipment and machinery to facilitate smooth and fast operations and port works.
On conclusion of the meeting, Dr. Al-Tuwaijri expressed thanks and appreciation to the Governor for his support to the Jeddah Islamic Port that facilitated removal of any obstacle facing it.
He also stressed the big attention paid to ports’ services and operations by the Saudi leadership in raising the level of the Kingdom’s economy.
