Eco bubble washing machines backed by post-sales service

United Matbouli Group (UMG), the exclusive distributor of all Samsung products across Saudi Arabia, has announced its post-sale services for the eco bubble washing machine.
This “first-of-its-kind service across the Kingdom” was launched in March and will go on.
“We always look after guaranteeing the best service to our clients and their Samsung products,” said Mohammed Baroudi, digital appliances division manager at UMG said.
He added: “Through this post-sale service, UMG’s salesman will register all customers’ information to offer them scheduled home visits for 30- to 45-minute training by technical staff, especially trained for these visits where they will give valuable tips to the consumers on the proper usage of their machines. We only aim to keep Samsung’s customers satisfied knowing that Samsung gives great importance and care to the continuity of the post-sale service.”
Jae Cheon Park, GM, Samsung Electronics KSA, said that “post-sale service is an essential part of our sales strategy at Samsung. We cannot just offer a high quality product if it is not followed by high quality service and our personal care.”
Samsung’s new Eco Bubble washer looks to change all that with cool wash Eco bubble technology, which uses a unique bubble generator that begins working as soon as a normal cycle begins.
The generator pulls air and water into bubbles, dissolving and activating the detergent, which then penetrates faster and more evenly throughout the wash load.
Thanks to Samsung’s Eco bubble technology, bubbles bring detergent into contact with each fiber in the load to provide a more powerful cleaning solution 40 times faster at significantly lower wash temperatures, saving energy and time on every load.
Samsung’s Eco Bubble washing machine features unique Diamond Drum Technology, which replaces the typical washing drum with one covered in deep, diamond-shaped depressions.
The small and smooth exit holes minimize wear and tear, and keep your fabrics safe from snags, creating a gentle but effective wash.
