Mobily is shown to be successful in promoting innovative concepts among subscribers through its products and solutions, according to a survey conducted by a global research company.
The survey that covered 87 percent of subscribers shows that participants believe that Mobily is an innovative company, while 82 percent of them said Mobily is an important element that keeps them ahead in their lives.
A sample estimated to be 74 percent of participants said Mobily delivers innovative products to its customers, while 51 percent believe that Mobily offers unique services.
The study also shows that 61 percent of customers said that Mobily is the first to launch new products and services.
Mobily Chief Marketing and Strategy Officer Karl-Michael said “We are fully aware of the importance of innovation to support Mobily’s leadership role in providing telecom services and information technology.”
He added: “This role is not only a radical change in our customers’ lives, but it is also a creator of a new era of qualitative development of telecom industry in the region.”
He said: “We, at Mobily, believe that innovation has no limits when the rapid and continuous development of telecom sector is considered.”
Mobily has started a new phase by adopting innovation concept as a main pillar to support its leadership role. This pioneering approach will have a direct positive impact on the company’s future financial performance.
