Free maintenance service for Samsung ACs

Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd., a global leader in digital media and digital appliances technologies and recipient of the AC Innovation Award, has launched a free maintenance service campaign for its ACs, which continues till Feb. 28. Two senior Korean technicians will be part of the team who will visit those who applied for the free service. This campaign will cover all of Saudi Arabia’s main cities where AC services will be provided free of charge for Samsung’s clients, and service quality will be supervised.
The engineers will conduct civil tours where they will visit both offices and households to control Samsung’s products’ quality once in use and execute direct maintenance when needed while providing the users with useful tips on handling their ACs for a prolonged lifetime. This is part of Samsung’s quality control program to ensure the satisfaction of its customers across the Kingdom.
Jinhyuk Oh, Samsung’s AC business manager in Saudi Arabia, said: “The Saudi market is among the largest in the Middle East given Samsung’s volume of sales especially in ACs. Taking into account the climate factors and the importance of this appliance, we aim to maintain post-sales maintenance services to guarantee our consumers’ satisfaction. This also helps us evaluate where we need to open or strengthen our service shops.”
