The Al-Faisaliah Globe Summit this year will also be the biggest to date.
Extended by popular demand from a five-day event to an eight-day extravaganza of world-class fine dining, the summit takes place from Feb. 12 to 19 at Riyadh’s leading luxury hotel, the Al-Faisaliah Hotel, A Rosewood Hotel.
Four world renowned grand chefs will take up residence in The Globe and The Cristal restaurants to deliver a series of three-course lunches, exclusive culinary Master classes, exquisite five-course dinners, and a show-stopping Prima Gala Dinner finale that will delight food connoisseurs and fine dining enthusiasts.

Hailing from Spain, France, India and Switzerland, the grand chefs will create menus that include the essence of their respective regions in signature dishes that have earned them international culinary frame.
The grand chefs are Spain’s Paco, Frenchman Jacques Sorci, now based in New York at The Carlyle, A Rosewood Hotel, Recognized as the first Indian Chef to be awarded a Michelin Star, India’s Vineet Bhatia and André Jaeger, a Swiss.
