Asghar, Libas dazzle in RCA ORIX cricket

Ten Matches were played in the Round Eight of the Saudi ORIX Cricket Tournament organized by Riyadh Cricket Association (RCA).
In Al Kharj Cricket Zone, Lahore Badshah beat Shouraim by 71 runs. Shouraim won the toss and elected to field first. Lahore Badshah were all out for 275. Tariq (54), Yassir (46), Wahab (35), Shoaib (30) and Adnan (29) were main run getters. Irfan, Mubashir and Zeeshan took 2 wickets each for Shouraim. Shouraim were all out for 204 in reply. Wasim got 63, Shahnawaz 38 and Waqas 29. Shoaib took 4 wickets while Yassir got 3.
Pak Shaheen defeated Jawar Al Jazirah by 165 runs. Pak Shaheen scored 384 off 40 overs thanks to great knocks by Abdul Wahab (96) and Ateeq (92). Abdul Salam and Javed also played well and scored 66 and 51. Jawar Al Jazirah was all out on 219. Abdulaziz took 3 wickets, Abdul Wahab 2 and Ateeq 2.
Lahore Lions beat CKK in another Al Kharj Zone match. Batting first CKK scored 329 from their stipulated overs. Nouman Asghar played a splendid knock of 140. He was well supported by Najeeb who scored 69. Omar got 3 wickets while Waqas 2. Lahore Lions achieved the target off 37.4 overs. Amir Waqas remained unbeaten on 90, Sarfraz scored 64 while Omar and Mansoor made 46 runs each.
In Huraymala Cricket Zone, Hyderabadi Warriors beat Riyadh Panthers by 4 wickets. Batting first Riyadh Panthers scored 164 off 20 overs. Sajid Cheema scored 65 and Yaser 28. Mohammed bowled well and took 4 wickets. Naser also took 2 wickets. Warriors achieved their target off 19 overs. Naser scored 46 and Imroz 38. Raza got 2 wickets.
FUCHS beat RAC by 46 runs. Batting first FUCHS made 189 for 7 off 20 overs. Owais and Shoaib made 58 each. RAC were all out for 143. Sahid got 3 wickets while Asghar and Rizwan got 2 each.
Saudi Jaguar beat Riyadh Warriors by 6 wickets. Batting first, Riyadh Warriors scored 171. Saudi Jaguar achieved their target off 16.1 overs. Haider scored 61 and Arsalan 45.
Attieh Steels beat Combined XI by 54 runs. Attieh Steels scored 189 for 6 off 20 overs. Ameen and Ahmed took 2 wickets each for Combined XI. Combined XI could manage 136 in reply. Asad and Ahmed played well and scored 27 and 25 respectively.
In Riyadh Cricket Zone, Crescent beat Kashmir XI by 7 wickets. Batting first Kashmir XI was all out for 189. Naveed (3), Rehman (2) and Mehtab (2) were the main wicket takers. Crescent achieved their target off 16.5 overs. Irfan made 71, Azhar 53 and Sufiyan 32 respectively.
TBCC beat Pak Force by 6 runs. Taking strike first TBCC scored 156. Shareef (40) and Faisal (39) were among the runs. TBCC restricted Pak Force to 150, thanks to disciplined bowling and great fielding. Hakeem Libas took 5 wickets and Anish got 2. Shamim Chalil took 5 catches.
Royal Strikers beat Lahore Badshah Green by 43 runs. Royal Strikers scored 190 for 6 off 20 overs. Musthafa (54), Dileep (26), Siraj (23), Subair (22) and Mithun (21) were among the runs. Lahore Badshah were bowled out for 147. Siraj and Arun got 2 wickets each.
