As one of the leading Paint Manufacturers in the world Hempel Paints is expanding its business in the Middle East.
Being a regional player with 5 factories in Dammam, Kuwait, Qatar, UAE and Bahrain, and given the market growth and the large demand on its high performing products, Hempel has set to build a new Factory in Jeddah in the western Province of Saudi Arabia.
The work on the Factory started on the 9th of October 2012 and is set to completion in third quarter of 2013.
“Located in the Industrial Zone, covering 15000m2 the fully automated factory will host state of the art Paint manufacturing technology, with machinery imported from Germany and Denmark” says Hempel Paints Regional Supply Chain director Mr.P.Sukumar “ The 35 employees factory will help create several jobs for Saudi citizens interested in the paint industry “
The eco-friendly factory can produce 40 million Liters per year that is strictly Waterborne products, as part of the Hempel green project with no harm to the environment.
