Arabian Bemco’s capital boost to drive expansion

Arabian Bemco Contracting Company’s paid-up capital is being increased from SR 200 million to SR 500 million.
Arabian Bemco Executive Manager Emad Ghandourah announced the board’s decision.
The capital increase is aimed at facilitating Bemco’s growth and expansion plans in the Kingdom’s industrial sector and to support EPC projects outside of Saudi Arabia. Arabian Bemco is planning to expand its industrial base in Saudi Arabia by forming ventures with international firms to make power generation systems and equipment.
These projects will create many job opportunities in Saudi Arabia.
The company has plans to export some of these systems and equipment to regional countries.
