PMU takes part in Career Day Exhibition in US

Saudi Ambassador to the United States Adel Al-Jubeir recently attended the graduation ceremony of the 4th class of the King Abdullah Scholarship Program in the US.
The event was held under the patronage of Minister of Higher Education Khaled Al-Anqari. More than 4,000 beneficiaries of the King Abdullah Scholarship Program were awarded degrees in the US capital. The ceremony was held alongside a career fair and exhibition.
The Alkhobar-based Prince Mohammad bin Fahd University (PMU) was represented at the exhibition by the supervisor general of public relations and media information, Abdulrahman Mohammed A. Al-Khalufi, and the director of international recruitment and faculty affairs, Iyad Maher Bader. “PMU’s aim is to take onboard talented Saudis with master's and doctoral degrees to join its growing academic faculty,” said Bader. “Our participation in the career fair is expected to yield the desired outcome,” he said.
The 2012 Graduation Ceremony remains the largest Saudi career fair organized abroad. The arena of the fair was bigger than that of 2011. It provided the best possible opportunities to the corporate houses for their participation and to get the firsthand chance to recruit Saudi graduates with international exposure.
