Mohamed Yousuf Naghi Group promotes better work ethics

Mohamed Yousuf Naghi Group, a major sponsor of the Work and Business Ethics Forum that Labor Minister Adel Fakeih inaugurated at the Hilton Hotel in Jeddah on Saturday, presented a company code of ethics at the inaugural session.
The members of the group distributed the code and stressed the characteristics and ethics that should be present in employees to create a homogenous spirit of work in an organization and guarantee an ideal work environment.
It explained these ethics under five main topics including transparency, responsibility, continuity honesty and modesty. “We consider our colleagues working in the companies under our group as our partners, and I thank Allah for the sense of belonging that we sense in all of the group’s officials no matter what their tasks or positions,” said Sheikh Mohammed Yousuf Naghi.
“In my opinion whenever a good atmosphere is provided in a work environment characterized by Islamic ethics you’ll see harmony and agreement among employees,” he added.
Naghi said that the interaction that is taking place between the public (Ministry of Labor’s programs) and the private sector has enabled promising Saudi youths to take part in the progress the country is witnessing in all fields under the government of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah and Crown Prince Naif.
“Some of the students on the King Abdullah Scholarship Program have competed their studies and they will undoubtedly influence the labor market positively on their return,” he added.
“Thanks to Allah we were privileged from the beginning to have a number of national (Saudi) expertise (officials) that helped us in running the group. (They include) From deputy presidents to reception supervisors in all sections, and we are proud of them. The group has also recruited women after they were trained,” he said.
