Sameeksha Literary Forum organized a function to mark the launching of three books written by the Saudi-based Keralite writers. O.P.R. Kutti chaired the meeting, which was inaugurated by V.K.A. Rauf, patron of Navodaya Literary Forum.
Prof. C.B. Sudhakaran of King Abdulaziz University released the book titled “Vavvalukalude Vazhikal” (The paths of bats) by giving a copy to noted woman writer S. Sithara. The book, a collection of short stories, written by the Jeddah-based writer Abu Iringatteeri. The author also spoke on the occasion.
The second book, titled “Yateeminte NarangaMidai” (orange candy of an orphan) was released by A.M Sajith (Malayalam News). Rubeena Nivas received the book, which is a collection of articles, written by P.T. Muhammad Sadique.
Gopi Nedungadi released the third book “Tableau,” by giving a copy to Jumaila Abu. Usman Irumpuzhi introduced the book, an anthology of poems written by the Jeddah-based poet K.C Alavikkutti.
